APPLE CRUMBLE !!!!!!!!!

I've been searchin on YOUTube on how to bake apple crumble for the past few days ..

i saw different ppl cookin different ways of apple crumble ! tat makes me get confused !

shud i STEW da apples first or do i juz straight bake it ?!

at first i wanted to do this .. and den i wanted to do tat ...

in the end .. i decided to BAKE BOTH ! haha .. i onli had 6 apples ! so i divided into 3 , 3 ...

3 for stewing another 3 straight in da oven !

ok .. now i wil show u guys my way of bakin the apple crumble ! it's effortless and take less than an hour .. but i took around 2 ! * forgive the first timer ! *

LETS Start now !

Both of the ways needs the apple to be washed and skin-off !lol

FIRST .. : Stew Apple crumble

da apples can be in dice when u wanna stew it ! cut it bigger its ok ...

it's roughly this size ...

next put into a pot , add 2 tbs of sugar *accordin to taste* and a bit of water * for it to boil *.. maybe a few drops of water may do ..

stew it for around 15 minutes !

stir it occasionally .. to avoid any " chao da " haha ..

when its done it wil look sumthin lik this ! put it aside and let it to cool down ...

after it cools down .. place it in a plate ! * i used da muffin mold bcuz i onli had 3 apples for this ! *

ok while the apple is * coolin off * , i wil tel u da * straight away bake method *

2ND : straight away !

u wanna cut it into this slices for this wan ... juz lik this .. and tat's it ! arrange it on da microwaves oven approved plate !

and tat's it !

TOPPINGS

and now for the toppings !

u wil need :- * this is wat i use to measure --->*

• 1 cuP Of oats



• 1 and a half cup of flour
  


• 1/3 cups of sugar



• 1/3 cups of brown sugar



• 1/2 tsp of cinammon powder



• 3/4 tsp of salts



• 1 tsp of casted powder



• quater stick of butteR

* da better would be better Chilled and cut into tiny cubes * this is da way

First : Mix butter and flour

mix it wit ur fingers ! haha .. until it look lik bread crumbs ...

after tat .. add all da other ingredients into it !

it wil look sumthin lik this ! juz mix up everything !

and Walahhhhhh ! ur toppin is done !

Last Step :-

juz gently put ur toppings on da apples ! dun press it ..

AnD >>>

i put it in da microwave oven for 30 mins wit 185 celcius ! or until its golden brown ..

and TADAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH my apple crumble !

looks good huh ?!!! hahahahaha ... i knew it ! haha ...

Apple Crumble is best served wit VANILLA ICE CREAM !!!

this is bcuz with da straight away method .. da apples are all not totaly became soft ! and tat's a BIG NONO ! lol ...

my family and i juz had a super duper simple birthday surprise 4 my uncle ! he dun even noe it was his bday the day b4 ... but all of us was bz we totally forgot bout it ! but as a conpensate , we did it today ! haha ...

he was askin around .. who's bday ??!! i guess he saw da cake ! haha .. every1 kept quiet ! lol ..

when i brought out da cake 4 him .. he went straight to my aunty and wish her " happy bday !"

me and my aunties were laughin lik hell ! haha .. den onli he knew it was his ! Awhh :)

done wit da day man ! reached home round 10.30 pm ... my dad was lik ' wah ! syok eh ! keluar dari tghhari sampai malam ! ' haha .. lucky he didnt scold muah ! haha ..
